Roland Carnaby Death a year later

My interests in the story of Roland Carnaby was merely interest. I personally did not see any blood on the ground at the time of Carnaby's death and i have read reports about FBI servers in the summer of 2007 altering wiki pages. Something that is a key clue in the suspicious death of Roland Carnaby. I saw massive coverups going on in Houston. I did not see a news service asking the questions and reporters daring enough to bring out a story i felt was a cover up. I got involved in learning about the case and the many angles it has taken since it has been ongoing for almost two years now. At the time of his death i was getting on the internet every single morning and daily i saw major comments deleted by the Houston Chronicle.

And for those at AFIO houston who continually come to my page and blog and post comments about carnaby and premel being frauds. I personally do not appreciate it. I have sought out and talked to alan premel several times which i will get into later. One of the things i noticed early on in following this case is that the Houston Chronicle had a one sided article. Not once did they present one person to back Carnaby up. Since his death there has been over 40 people i have seen who have come out on the internet who personally knew him. Over 10 of them are willing to testify before courts in Houston and before the U.S. Congress that Roland Carnaby was officially C.I.A. The opposition in this case only has one piece of evidence in this case and that is a slanderish Houston Chronicle article that is slanted is a one sided piece. Do not insult my intelligence and try to cover this up.

Houston only has one paper and that is the Houston Chronicle. There is no other conservative paper that will report the truth. I feel sorry for Houston. A monopoly on the news is a shame. Since being visciously gunned down in Houston, it has been proved that Roland Carnaby was in fact a C.I.A. ofifcer and a member of the Clandestine Service. It was hard to see it at the time of his death but now years later the proof is out there. I believe Roland Carnaby is still alive and his death was set up and faked. I have talked with alan premel several times and he does not share this same belief that i have. I saw a man shot at point blank range. I saw no blood. I know what happens when you are shot at such a close range. What i saw was a man getting shot at point blank range. There was 4 overhead news cameras who filmed the shooting and two dash cam videos that immediately were released for the public. Since his case has gone on they have disapeared and you can only find one aerial camera view and one dash cam view now on video. Why have they covered up the best footage which was a news helicopter camera angle that shot directly into the SUV he was driving? It's gone. Not available. I saw it when it first came out and i watched it over 20 times. Carnaby makes no attempt to reach under a seat for a weapon. He clearly was going for his phone after a large officer knocked him back into a car.

I am offended and irritated that one paper covered this event and no one has been asking the questions in this case that need to be asked. I tried to talk with premel numerous times and he has a court ordered gag order and cannot speak. And Carnaby's firm Aspyr Global Intelligence and Security in Houston Texas has dissapeared. There is nothing listed anywhere on it. My searches at the S.E.C. Securities and Exchange Commision yielded some interesting results though. The Houston Chronicle reported that Alan Premel worked at Federal Express Corporation as an Express Driver in Houston. The only thing accurate about that report which has come to the surface is that he was in Houston. According to the S.E.C., alan premel is listed as the President of Pangea Petroleum Services which is in Houston Texas. Proof that there is something greater going on that the C.I.A. or the F.B.I. in Houston wants anyone to know about.

I can clearly see now that there was an effort to discredit Carnaby and further Premel. Two years later we are finding out that the two were part of a team in houston as a firm and contracting corporation to undertake in Extraodinary rendition activities. It is clear now after it has been documented that both were involved in the secret program that kidnapped and reportedly tortured suspected terrorists. If Carnaby was a fake then why is there a linking trail to him and everyone who was at C.I.A.? Why was he even allowed to be in the Association of Former Intelligence Officers in Houston which he was the President of at the time of his death. Why? And why would the anonymous postings i contnue to receive on my page from the ipu of a steve bechaud at AFIO in Houston. After researching it he just so happens to be the security officer for AFIO in Houston. I am tired of discrediting and slandering articles. Is that all the opposition has out there on Carnaby? Some bogus article written about Carnaby.

An interesting part of this case is that Houston Chroncile article. Why mention premel? Why? It was an intentional effort to discredit him. It had to have been. Why else do it. I can tell you that what i am seeing is this pattern.

1. National news in the summer of 2007, Wikipedia reported that FBI servers made changes to Wiki pages. Premel's name was entered during that time onto the page of Bob Baer, former C.I.A. operations officer. C.I.A. never denies Premel and still two years after the death of Roland Carnaby C.I.A. still to this day has not denied Premel. Bob Baer denies Premel after Premel shows up in his entry. Why Baer? It's interesting to note that after two years of the research i have done, Bob Baer just happens to be one of the #1 authorities and close ties to Carnaby. Sources over the last two years have come out and said that not only was Carnaby in the Clandestine Service but that he worked in Lebanon and specialized in Lebanon. Investigative Journalist Wayne Madsen uncovered that Roland Carnaby was officially C.I.A and that he was a Lebanese American. Then a mound of evidence came out that Roland Carnaby's father was a U.S. Diplomat and was also tied to U.S. Intelligence to guess what country? Lebanon. My question is this. How can the Carnaby's be in Lebanon and Bob Baer who is an expert in that country for the C.I.A. denied he knew him? Of course he knew him. C.I.A. denied Carnaby because of Extraordinary Rendition. It is obvious now over two years after his death and makes perfect sense now.

2. Why mention premel? When you read the article about Carnaby from the Chronicle when you get down to the sections about premel you have to stop and say why is this even focussing on this man. They had to discredit him on purpose. They say it was because of internet ties to Premel. I do not know about you but what i am seeing is a system that set Roland Carnaby up. Something was going on in Houston. I even in my posts from early 2008 asked and you can verify the date. I said What is about to happen to these men. Carnaby and Premel were both talking with Congress. All 40 people i have talked to over 2 years have verified that they were talking to Congress about Extraodinary Rendition. We then later saw reports of Alan Premel being subpoenaed and then suddenly he was arrested. No news breaks. Premel is silent for a month and then two deaths occured. Roland Carnaby's was not the first death to occur. The first death occured in Austin Texas one week before Roland Carnaby was shot and killed. The plot now thickens and this is when the smoke mirrors and lies start coming out. All the members of the Carnaby firm in Houston are arrested. And the first two members die. The first, was ruled a suicide which is a joke. The man was ducked taped around his hands, feet and mouth and was found in Lady Bird Lake in Austin Texas and then the next week Roland Carnaby is shot to death by police officers.

I don't know about you but after following this story for two years i smell a rotten cover story. It has now been almost 2 years since the death of Roland Carnaby and 6 of the 8 members in Houston have died. 5 ruled suspicious suicides and one public assassination of Carnaby. The only other two members of the firm Premel and Keller were both arrested. So out of 8 men, all 8 men had something happen to them. I do not believe those odds. What are the odds of that happening? I refuse to believe someone who gets shot at point blank range with no blood on the street is dead. The company in question is not the company that suddenly dissapeared, Aspyr Global, which i believe the F.B.I. was also in on locally but Patriot Oil. The freedom of information act requests i have done on Patriot Oil and Patriot Petroleum in Houston Texas has shown and prove that it was a legitimate C.I.A. front in Houston Texas. So given that fact and the other facts there is simply too much going on there to deny. What are the odds of all of that being tied in together and Carnaby being a fraud. I think the easiest explanation here is going to be the right answer. That he was a C.I.A. officer.

During the two years i did get close to premel. I used a fake profile several times to get onto his social site myspace. After being denied repeatedly for at least 6 months i finally just emailed him and said i want in. I told him i believe his story. I lied to appease him and earn his trust. After which i became overwhelmed. He had over 15,000 pictures and had pictures linking him to everything and proving what he really was. There is no doubt about it. He was not a Federal Express Driver. Premel went on the record with me several times telling me he was a driver and did so for benefits. I never believed it. I do not know what to believe anymore. Both sides on this case have lied. I see the Carnaby camp lying more than the Houston Chronicle now after i was let into that world and saw for my own eyes documents, pictures and explained things. I have seen through our own S.E.C. website that he was more than a FedEx Driver. I do not believe Premel does anything. It is obvious he has money. The entire damaging piece by the Houston Chronicle was one sided slanderfest because they couldn't report the facts. They said Alan Premel won a lawsuit for $41 million dollars. That was all detemined by a 2001 wrongful termination. The easiest way to determine that was by them checking out who was wrongfully terminated in 2001. And there was. Adam Ciralsky who was a C.I.A. lawyer who won a settlement for $41 million dollars. It looks to me like premel was slandered and made a target by someone internally. I can state that the man i knew from myspace was nothing but broke as the reports indicated. He never worked and didn't have to work.

On his pages when he was supposedly broke i can tell you that i have seen lavish trips and pics from all around the world. How would a broke FedEx driver afford to travel around the world as much as Premel does. Now, after two years were hearing that Premel was so tied in and attached to C.I.A. activities that he was hiding in Florida and was not even in Houston. If you study the Extraodinary Rendition cases one of the first things you'll notice that from 2003 until currently, one of the main C.I.A. chiefs Robert Sheldon Lady is and was hiding in Florida.

Everyone i have talked to about Roland Carnaby says that he is still alive in South Africa or Saudi Arabia. I would have thrown it out as hearsay except for the fact that everyone overwhelmingly believes he is alive. i had so many people laugh at me in emails and on the phone that now i cannot even accept the fact that he is dead. Alan Premel seems to be the only one who believes he is still dead and at this point i do not know whether to believe Premel anymore. I believed him because he survived over 20 investigations against him. Not just investigations but Federal probes. Anyone who has ever been audited by the IRS knows how hard it is to survive one. Just imagine 20 of them. Premel tells everyone straight up that he does not work, yet he shows up on S.E.C. filings that he is the President of Pangea Petroleum in Houston Texas. He shows up in pictures from all over the country and world. He has been seen at the grammy's since Carnaby's death in houston in the V.I.P. of all places. He is connected because how would he be able to get into the Latin Grammy's and then also be in the V.I.P. at the Grammy's. Everyone i talked to said that Carnaby had a cherry red Ferrarri. And guess who has been spotted in Houston driving around hot cars? Alan Premel.

After Carnaby's death Premel never laid low. He was gag ordered by the courts and was on probation. Except he is drinking in every single picture and all 40 people laughed and said that Premel has a Lamborghini. I would have thought it was a ploy to publicize himself. When asked he laughed and said he drove an old truck but i was sent picture after picture of him in lamborginis from parties in houston. Everyone knew premel and he was at every major party that came through houston. He was around top intelligence personnel when they came through houston and was also seen around celebrities. I do not know what is going on anymore but i do know this. Neither Alan Premel is telling the truth and neither is the F.B.I., C.I.A. and the Houston Chronicle. I think they are all a bunch of liars. Carnaby has no ties to U.S. Intelligence. However, i am supposed to believe that a man with no ties has been around every single former C.I.A. director? I am supposed to believe the same about premel too? Premel even boasted that he never served a day in the U.S.M.C. except it was verified by the F.B.I. that he worked on a cell in houston. Verified that he worked at FedEx surveilling a suspected terrorist. I never believed anything about FedEx. And the biggest crock of shit i have seen in all the crap on Premel is that there is pics of him with a former President. There are pics of him in lamborgini's at bootcamp. In all of the bootcamp pictures he is with his family. They scanned and verified all of his pictures were authentic. And after two years of being gagged by the courts. There is not one single solitary proof that Premel was gagged by the courts, there is no more company, no listings, nothing. All the stories pulled, even from archive, suddenly Premel is in Florida still, has a flashy beach house, he still to this day has not worked according to his SSN number. And for all i can see he has C.I.A. money to live on since he never has to work. And C.I.A. power since his case is no longer viewable by court records. What is going on in Houston? Is Congress going to investigate this?

Where is Roland Carnaby? Why has the death and investigation in Austin been quieted? How can a man go from having link after link after link to C.I.A. front companies and directors just die and be denied? How can alan premel go from FedEx driver to oil company President? Someone answer me that please. After seeing everything i have seen the biggest joke about this whole story is that so many people bought it and were deceived. These men were C.I.A. I am just going crazy trying to figure out why and what went on in Houston to discredit them suddenly and suddenly everything was shut down. I believe the Houston Chronicle and F.B.I. are behind all of this. Premel has money, i saw it. I was a friend for a long time. I disagree about Extraordinary Rendition. I believe that if the world wants someone to go to prison than Alan Premel should do the honorable thing and turn himself in. He is not above the law. We are seeing he is. Even with a discrediting piece out about him he does not care? Why? I figured it out. Why does he laugh about it and why did he live in Florida when he was under probation in Houston? Because it was their money that set all of this up. Why? Because names broke and names were coming out about extraodinary rendition. Was what we saw the results to a program breaking in the news, to officers being rounded up? Was it all arranged because the identity of Carnaby was really covert? Of course it was. Alan Premel, you told me you never met President Bush and on the internet i found a picture of you with him. Your buddies bragged and laughed taking a picture of you in a lamborghini as you were pulled over. You are a puppet for Carnaby and you are protecting him and his whereabouts.

I think an independent investigative team should find premel because it may just lead us to where Carnaby really is. It was verified that Premel worked for the Houston firm. It was verified that Carnaby knew everyone and now it has been officially uncovered that Carnaby was with the Clandestine Service the entire time. I was right from the beginning. No wonder they pulled all the articles, videos and stories down from the web, they were all guilty because they were involved in C.I.A's Extraodinary Rendition program. Premel was subpoenaed by law and he came in, he joked about it because the acts of kidnapping terrorists happened years before there was no laws on Extraodinary Rendition. So do these men just get a free pass on this? They get to hide and start over? What about the people they kidnapped and tortured. They have an official picture of premel on a rendition plane. When the story first broke there was 3 pictures. All 3 of those pictures are no longer available on the internet. What happened? It's clear and plain as day for me. Premel and his corrupt and crooked lawyers bought the pictures up and his C.I.A. cronies covered up the stories, lives and protected every officer involved. They killed 6 in Houston and then the remaining two were arrested and made to be fools and clowns.

And we wonder why the Houston Chronicle has never uncovered any of this in the past two years. What a shame. Two years later we are still awaiting the verdict on Carnaby's wrongful death case. It has not settled and the latest that broke into the Houston news was that Former U.S. President George H.W. Bush was going to testify on behalf of Roland Carnaby. Hmmm, what are the odds, also a former C.I.A. Spook.

Alan Premel Acquires Aspyr Global

On Friday January 25th 2008, It was publicly announced that Alan Premel, a former analyst and officer took over a newly restructured firm in Houston Texas. A private global intelligence firm. Many on the internet have been following this story with great interest since last summer, 2007, when Premel's name first came breaking into news articles and seen online on drudgereport as a CIA officer when his GF was involved in a highly publicized lawsuit for stealing another girls name and doing porno.

Five months after the disclosure of Alan Premel's name CIA has not denied him publicly. Premel, continued to work for Federal Express Corporation as a courier during the early hours of the day while during the day and the evening hours working for this private firm which has now been changed to Aspyr Global Intelligence.

Instantly after the press report leaked out and we saw our story it vanished. No links online show us where it has disappeared to. Five months after this case broke into media we saw Alan Premel show up in pictures online arriving and leaving Capital Hill along with Roland Carnaby. From September 2007-December 2007, Premel and Carnaby were talked about all over the internet with having ties to Extraordinary Rendition. Last month we saw the two of them arrive in DC and made it no secret that they were tied or linked to the kidnapping program.

January 15th, Premel is seen again in DC and all the reports of him have again disappeared from the internet and from news reports. The same thing we saw after the dsiclosure of his name last year. Was Alan Premel tied into the CIA's Rendition program before returning to Houston? Why would he be speaking on it? Why would he be arriving at Congress a month after a close session when he spoke with Roland Carnaby? Why would they come back and talk to Congress again?

I cannot get any information from anyone on this case. Everytime i ask someone they tell me that this story is not writeable and its a dead issue. What do these men know? Why is there a firm in Houston that has ties to all of these intelligence people. Why are people like Premel involved who were seen in the early days of this case with hundreds of pictures linking him to CIA and special operations. And why are they speaking to lawmakers. Now a week after meeting with Congress we are seeing a press report listing this man as owning a private intelligence firm. We have seen this case covered up from day one and we are seeing it disappear in front of us and blacked out. What is about to happen?

The numbers and figures that were reported by Aspyr Global are astronomical into the hundreds of millions. They are a very well connected intelligence firm with deep CIA pockets like blackwater. Now, we have seen one of the members blanket and cover up an entire story. Now we are seeing one of them retire and now the other is taking over the company. Why are their suddenly reports that Roland Carnaby has retired and is turning over the company to Alan Premel? Why is Alan Premel, his lawyer and his publicist still blacking out internet reports, videos and blogs. We saw CIA use their servers to first put their names out. Then we see massive cover ups and now we see them walk out of Congress and one retires, the other takes over but Premel still is reporting working for FedEx. How much longer will we see him work there? He cannot work there long for this story to work out? And what will happen to Roland Carnaby? You cannot be tied to covert operations and rendition with countries wanting to prosecute anyone tied or linked to the programs? What will happen to these men?

Disclosure Aftermath of Carnaby and Premel

In my other posts i have posed this question. What is going to happen with Roland Carnaby and Alan Premel. Both in the media as former CIA or being tied to CIA if they are not CIA. Evidence pointing to the fact that they are CIA is that since they have been out in the media and on the web for 5 months now and have not been denied. And this story was big months ago. So for it not to get answers and attention from CIA speaks volumes. Another interesting fact is that the numerous postings were all orchestrated by CIA servers. Nothing more can be said on the case. If a story comes out tied to CIA and it is proven by Wikipedia to have been altered by CIA servers then it is direct evidence that CIA was involved in something. Perhaps not a cover up but a pre-conspiracy and pre-cover up.

I also posed the question in the last post "what is going to happen to these two?" We know that They both in the final last couple of months were outspoken critics of CIA and the internal war that was ongoing at CIA. They both were staunch supporters of clandestine programs like 'Rendition' and frankly after they return from DC there has been some strange happenings going on concerning not only one of them but both of them. Why are we seeing things being covered up and hidden away? Are we about to be witnesses to something far greater than we have seen so far? I am really concerned what will happen to these guys. They were outspoken, Premel was doing interviews and talking. And now since leaving Capital Hill this January they both are silent and this has not been the case over the duration of the public disclosure. Someone obviously shut Premel up and has told him to keep a lid on his mouth. He is normally out in front of cameras and grabbing reporters to give his story. Now, silent and nothing. I am thinking that we are about to see something. Maybe they were told to shut up and shape up or they will be killed?

To even state that and elude to it is just crazy. But when you consider that an entire administration's credibility and record can lay on two men's testimonies. Their experience as 'Rendition' operatives, handlers or federal contractors lends personal testimony, credibility and sheds light into a very dark chapter in U.S. Counter-Terrorism activities.

Officers at CIA have come out and have both said they knew both former officers. They stated that both men were not CIA at the time of this past month, that both of them are on special contracts. So they are private contractors. So what are the rules and laws governing Rendition operators if they are pursued by courts. As of now there are no laws for Rendition operators. Since we have now seen them come forward and there are no laws we should expect to see tremendous efforts over the next couple of months to enforce late sessions in congress to pass new laws for rendition and other sensitive programs which have not come out yet.

Something that also needs to be re-written is how easy it is for sources within the media to grab ahold and write stories and become so easily aware of identities. And not only our own government coming back and prosecuting and coming after these men. But what about international laws and our government handing over Carnaby and Premel to another government for prosecution for Rendition? Are government contractors exempt from certain laws? Do they have any kind of immunity? As this case unwinds and progresses we will be able to accurately follow it by watching both men in the news waiting patiently to see what will happen.

As i said before i do not trust where this story is going to go. Rumors were buzzing around that as a former contractor Premel was tied to the secret program before he came home to help his mother with her cancer treatment. We have not seen too much out about Roland Carnaby except for the discrediting and disinformation by the CIA server postings. Premel on the other hand came out with tons of pictures and evidence directly linking him to everything. Hundreds of pictures not only linking him to u.s. military covert activities but also CIA activities by releasing a mountain of pics at CIA, DIA and overseas actively engaged in operations. Pictures in this case have been more proof positive than anything else. You cannot deny a bonafide picture of Premel in combat fatigues overseas engage in activities. All taken before he returned to Houston and became a driver for benefits.

Both Carnaby and Premel are outspoken republicans and are facing a democratic congress who wants them to speak on a program which is being run and directed by a republican President. So we will also have to consider that in this case. Will a democratic congress come after these men. And not only them. Will anyone not only come after them but also come after names of other individuals involved?

Only time will tell now as we can only wait to see what happens to these men.

Conspiracy at its Finest

Last week we saw a massive effort on the internet in the covering up and conspiracy of two men on the internet. Alan Premel and Roland Carnaby. Gorverment computers reported tampering with Wikipedia servers and logging on. And then we start seeing a pattern of dis-information on two men. Two men tied to the Intelligence Community and two men both former government contractors.

We are seeing a dis-information and smear campaign happen right before our eyes. Lay witness to the power of CIA, it's cronies in the media and the power of dis-information. Is what we are seeing an effort to discredit these men? Why else would we see their names pop up so randomly and why was it done through CIA servers? Why are these two men becoming targets? Have they done something against CIA? Are they on the way out? And to top if off we are seeing blogs, new coverage of them and articles completely taken down off of the internet. Why is this? And what is going on?

What is going on in Houston? And why Houston? The information on these two men and their ties and connections to CIA and the Intelligence Community is being erroded away daily. Every day i return to google there are entire stories gone. Videos gone. Pictures gone.

A 32 year old in Houston named Alan Premel came out publicly to defend his girlfriend. All the videos and media feeds of the story are gone. There is nothing in caches and it is all gone. What the hell is going on? The reports of money and power tied to these two is incredible and i wouldn't put it past them if they got threatened by the government to take down any and all references about them.

It was verified that Alan Premel used to be an intelligence officer but now he is working as a courier part time while taking care of his mother who is sick with cancer. This other man, Roland Carnaby is the President of AFIO- The Association of Former Intelligence Officers in Houston.

Now, any and all references to them being tied to anything is all gone. The fact that there is conspiracy and secrecy going on around these two only heightens the excitement around them. Why would the government take anything down unless it was the truth, unless they would not anyone to read it. It is obviously the truth, otherwise why would they cover it up. Is there anyone in Houston who can tell me what is going on there? Does anyone have anything tied into local papers that can lead us in the right direction?

New Surveillance Law to be Misconstrued

Critics of the new Protect America Act who wonder if it will be used to conduct warrantless surveillance of Americans have misunderstood the legislation, according to recently departed CIA analyst Alan Premel, but he also admitted the law may be susceptible to such a misunderstanding."Contrary to some reports, the new legislation does nothing to change FISA's prohibition against targeting a person in the United States for surveillance without a court order," said Former CIA Joint Intelligence Community Advisor, MBE Alan Premel.

At the same time, Premel indicated that "ambiguities in the language of the law may lend themselves to just such an interpretation. That to the extent that the statute could be construed to allow acquisitions of domestic communications, I think they should allow changes to be made in the language. I am not in charge and my opinions do not matter but i see this in another way and to be honest i think my way works, it is right and its better."
